Andrea and Martha

Andrea was one of those guys who were mostly concerned about the quality of the pictures and the surprise factor and less about the flowers and decoration.

Martha she’s got this effortless coolness and beauty that just shines through. However, she had the tiniest inkling that something special was going to happen.

He asked me to make a plan about how I’m going to approach the photoshoot without Marta finding out.

We met at the reception of their hotel and I introduced myself as the in-house photographer and asked them for a quick, complementary 15-minute photo session until their dinner table was ready. Martha totally bought into my acting, and together, we headed to Imerovigli and Skaros rock.

Our photo session kicked off at the iconic Anastasi, the famous blue-domed church you see all over the internet.

The wind was pretty fierce that day, limiting our options for spots to visit. Skaros especially is very exposed to strong northern winds.

We continued our session around Imerovigli but eventually, we found ourselves at the quaint chapel near Skaros rock.

I asked Martha to turn her back to Andrea, suggesting it was all part of the pose – that's when Andrea seized the moment and popped the question.
