FROM SINGAPORE TO PROPOSING IN SANTORINI
I was thrilled to capture Gaurav and Trina’s journey, especially since I knew and admired the signature photography style back in Singapore.
Opting for a bold approach, I used big off-camera lights to achieve that distinct, punchy look—blending the essence of Santorini with a touch of Singaporean finesse.
Our adventure began in Imerovigli, starting from the iconic Anastasi Church.
The scene was backlit at that time, so we had to compensate with some sweet off-camera flash. The initial images turned out great, featuring smooth skin tones and punchy colors.
From there, we continued our stroll down to Skaros Rock.
Right at the very end of the photoshoot, I asked Trina to look towards the sun, positioning Gaurav right beside her.
And that's when it happened!
Gaurav caught Trina off guard with the most unexpected proposal! Neither did I know it was coming!
Talk about ending the shoot with a bang—Santorini definitely witnessed a beautiful love story that day!
