Alyshia and Julian booked their Santorini couple session 6 months before their arrival. We focused on Pyrgos and Imerovigli which is my favorite combination for a private photoshoot. It combines the raw side of a traditional village with the breathtaking views of the caldera. Honestly it is the best setup for any couple who wants to have it all during their Santorini couple photoshoot.
The Session
We spent 3 hours together which is the sweet spot for a shoot like this. Having a private driver at our disposal is essential to move efficiently between locations and maximize the time we spend taking pictures instead of looking for a parking spot.
Pyrgos is the village we call home so we know it like the back of our hands. We moved through the narrow isles to find the original architecture, deep shadows and the massive blue dome. Imerovigli needs no introduction as it offers the most dramatic backdrop on the island. You just need a good set of quads for those who skip leg days.
