Placebo

This project is so old that I keep it here purely for the memories. It was my very first attempt at fine art nude photography, and it holds a special place in my heart. I named it Placebo because, to me, it could easily be an album cover for the band Placebo. Don’t you agree?

Back in 2019, I used to spend countless hours exploring Santorini, looking for unique and unconventional spots to shoot. One such discovery was this abandoned beer factory, a location that, unfortunately, is no longer accessible today.

That place had a haunting atmosphere. Graffiti on the walls, debris everywhere, not the typical Santorini scenery for sure! The floor was littered with shattered glass, and the ceiling seemed like it could collapse at any moment. After spending a few hours there, I decided to take things a step further. I brought a couple to the factory and shot what became my very first wedding video in Santorini. Watch it here.
