Embarking on an editorial photoshoot at the beginning of each summer season has become a ritual for our team - a way to mentally and physically gear up for the upcoming weddings.
It offers us the chance to explore new locations, experiment with different lighting techniques, and craft unique shots that might not be feasible during an actual wedding. Working in a controlled environment without time constraints can be very fun for us photographers - especially when working with close (model looking) friends like Dimitris and Alexandra.
Despite the shoot taking place early in the season, luck was on our side with the weather, offering us beautiful colors during the sunset session. To enhance the overall effect of the golden hour shots, we used gelled artificial kick lights.
